Learn MoreThe project will study organizational behaviour in various workplaces to analyze how user groups and individual employees perform before and after Phased task management software implementation. Areas of emphasis will include communication performance and efficiency improvement. The study will also evaluate staff understanding of the application, impacts on workplace performance and group cohesiveness, usability, user
expectations, and other potentially useful modifications to features of the application. The third party analysis will provide an impartial view of the usersÂ’ assessment of the software and develop new knowledge associated with technology and organizational behaviour, which will allow the host to more effectively understand how to make the application more beneficial to targeted clients.
