With this technology, users will be able to navigate their way through a large shopping mall, track down their lost cell phone, or even more accurately monitor their progress with a smartphone fitness app.

Aydin developed a novel methodology to predict thermal transport in AMD’s high-end electronic devices – giving the company a competitive edge in product development and time to market – by studying how heat transfers in various electronic systems. Upon completion of his fellowship, he was hired on as a full-time employee at AMD Markham.
Greg developed a method of ranking building materials in terms of fire resistance and assembled pricing data on these materials. Ultimately, he compiled this and other relevant research into a comprehensive report that Halsall can now use to communicate exactly how they can offer safer and more economical building services than any of their competitors.
